No bidder for City Mall No investor was interested to participate in the first tender, March 31, for the sale of the City Mall commercial centre, Mediafax reports. The Transilvania Insolvency House (CITR) will organize a new tender April 20. Coldwell Banker Affiliates took over the City Hall management last November, yet, its inability to pay for the purchase led to the mall being put up for auction.
