Pre-1989 flat prices fall The average trading price for pre-1989 flats in Bucharest in the fourth quarter of 2010 was 20 per cent less than compared to the last quarter of 2009, according to MagazinulDeCase.ro. The largest fall was recorded in three-bedroom apartments, from 91,980 Euro in end-2009 to 69,300 Euro in end-2010. The biggest drop outside of the capital was in Cluj-Napoca, where asking prices also fell by 20 per cent in the last quarter of 2010 compared to 2009.
