British Argo Real Estate Opportunities investment fund will finalize its 35,000 square meter expansion of the European Retail Park Sibiu in November in an investment estimated to be worth €34 million.

This is the first stage of the Sibiu project, bought in 2006 from Real estate developer BelRom for €83 mln. Argo will reconfigure some space in order to raise revenue from rents.

Another Argo project is the northeastern Suceava Shopping City, whose construction started in November 2006. The mall was opened in April 2008, following an investment worth €68 million.
